  2. Mmm..I have such a good cookie recipe. It makes a ton (like 120) cookies but they are soooo good and you can just half the recipe. I'll just post it on here..hopefully it works:

    1 cup white sugar
    2½ cups brown sugar (packed)
1 lb. (4 cubes) butter OR 2 cubes margarine and 2 cubes butter
    3 eggs
    2 Tablespoons vanilla
    1 teaspoon salt
    1½ teaspoons baking soda
    6 cups flour
12 oz. (about 2 cups) chocolate chips

Let butter/margarine soften at room temperature. Blend sugars, cream in butter/margarine. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add vanilla and salt. Mix baking soda and flour together and gradually add to sugar-butter mixture. Add chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 7-9 minutes until lightly brown around the edges (do not overbake—they will look almost underdone when you first take them out). Makes about 7 dozen.

Note: You need at least half butter (using all margarine changes the consistency too much)—they really do taste better with butter instead of margarine. I like half butter, half margarine best. Also, if you make a half recipe, use 2 eggs, but cut everything else exactly in half. Enjoy! :)

  3. MMMmmm, Mondays are good when I don't have school or work.

Ok, so good chocolate chip cookies:

Cream 1 cup Butter Crisco with 3/4 cup white sugar and 3/4 cup brown sugar. Add 2 eggs and a teaspoon of vanilla. Mix in 2 1/4 cups (all purpose) flour, 1/4 tsp salt and a bag of chocolate chips. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes...we LOVE these!

  4. My recipe is my most requested recipe by far. I use ground up oatmeal and toffee as well as milk chocolate chips. It is the best recipe and it is MY recipe. Not someone elses, I took several different recipes and made my own and I can't lie, they are amazing!!!

  5. Hope you do well on your test! Those cookies look amazing. I want to make some tonight now. Haha. I always use the recipe on the back of the tollhouse chips bag...no clever creation here.
